Complaint processing (M/F/D)

Employment Type Full-Time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Technical analysis of components subject to complaints 
  • Processing and documenting incoming complaints
  •  Providing replacement parts 
  • Close collaboration with other team members and technical staff

OUR REQUIREMENTS
 

  • Completed technical training  
  • Experience in purchasing or inventory management, ideally with complaint handling  
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work 
  • Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and organizational skills 
  • Team player, sense of responsibility, flexibility, and ability to handle pressure 
  • Excellent written and spoken German
