YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks
  • General office tasks such as data maintenance, documentation, and filing
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Coordinating appointments and deadlines

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed business training or comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in a business-related field is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
  • Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and, ideally, with ERP systems
  • Independent, reliable, and precise work style
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
