Office specialist (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- General office tasks such as data maintenance, documentation, and filing
- Communicating with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Coordinating appointments and deadlines
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Completed business training or comparable qualification
- Initial professional experience in a business-related field is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to work
- Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and, ideally, with ERP systems
- Independent, reliable, and precise work style
